INGREDIENTS
* Paneer : 250gms
* Bell Peppers: Assorted colors, sliced
* Onions: Sliced into rings
* Yogurt: 3 tbsp
* Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
* Salt to taste
* Hindish Paneer Angara Masala 3 tbsp
* Mustard Oil: 2 tbsp

PREPARATION
Paste :
Combine yoghurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, Hindish Paneer Angara Masala with very little water and make a paste.

Coating :
Now coat the main ingredient paneer cubes with this paste evenly.

Skewer Arrangement:
Thread the paneer cubes onto skewers alternately with bell peppers and onion rings.

Pan grill :
Here I have grilled paneer in a Pan on medium to high flame. I find this pan very handy when I have to grill a small amount of paneer or other veggies. However you can also make this recipe in the oven.

In a heated pan, grease mustard oil, place the skewers and heat it on medium to high flame until the bottom side of the paneer turns brown. Turn over the skewers and heat for the other sides to become brown.

Spicy paneer, grilled paneer with smokey flavours tandoori inspired is ready for a Gastronomic experience!

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve hot and grilled angara masala and smoky flavoured paneer starter with hot with naan or steamed rice.
